Lecture on Storm Tracks

Main objective of this lecture is to present on Storm Tracks. Storm tracks are the relatively narrow zones in seas and oceans where storms travel driven by the prevailing winds. Example; West-SW Storm Track: Temperature and humidity is lower than for the “pineapple express. A break between storms, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a full day. Cooler air moves in after each disturbance and Freezing level is 3000’ to 5000’, when these systems move through.
