General purpose of this lecture is to present on Three Strategy-making Tasks. Strategy-making Tasks in organization develops its resources and competences by taking over another organization. For the sake of this discussion, it must be noted here that an acquisition strategy may be a standalone, single purpose document or it may be part of a more comprehensive multi-purpose document. by this lecture you can understand who is involved in the strategic management process; and understand the benefits of the strategic management process.
