This lecture introduce on HTML Basics (Part-2). HTML describes the structure of Web pages using markup. Attribute values should always be enclosed in quotes. Double style quotes are the most common, but single style quotes are also allowed. In web terms, a hyperlink is a reference (an address) to a resource (HTML page, an image, a sound file, a movie, etc) on the web. An anchor is a term used to define a hyperlink destination inside a document.
