Prime objective of this lecture is to presentation on Conflict and Negotiation. Conflict Defined as a process that commences when one party thinks that another party offers negatively affected, or is about to negatively affect, something that the first party cares about. Here explain three types of Conflict: Task Conflict (Conflicts over content and goals of the work), Relationship Conflict (Conflict based on interpersonal relationships) and Process Conflict (Conflict over how work gets done). Negotiation is usually a process in which 2 or more parties exchange goods or services and try and agree on the exchange rate for them. Finally explain Conflict Management Techniques and the Negotiation Process.
