EXIM bank is one of the top organized commercial bank in Bangladesh. The major purpose of this report is to know about the employee training and development process of the EXIM Bank Limited. In this report also discuss and explain to identify the training method of EXIM Bank Limited and to identify the problems of training and development of EXIM Bank Ltd. And finally suggest some possible recommendations to overcome the problem relating to training and development of EXIM Bank Ltd.
