Principle purpose of this report is to analyze IT Support and Office Management of Biopharma. Biopharma is one of the most popular pharmaceutical products based company in Bangladesh. Goal was to know about the network function, its implementation, its problem and solution, Hardware problem and solution and management the office software. They proactively monitor their network from their Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure that they catch potential problems before they even happen.
