Human resources (HR) Department, an important of Management Division plays very vital role within the total functioning of GP. The traditional management capabilities – Planning, organizing, staffing, primary, controlling – these are conducted by HR division. Under the HRM practices GP focus on Job Analysis, Human Resource Planning (HRP), Recruitment & Selection process, Training & Development, Compensation, Performance Appraisal and Employee motivation.
