Holacracy is an organizational governance model, which is replaces the traditional hierarchical governance model that has been used for centuries. It’s goal is to ensure that those responsible for completing work are given the authority to decide how that work should be carried out. It is one of the models emerging. Holacracy creates a company where everyone has greater clarity, autonomy and empowerment, and the organizational structure is continually evolving to meet the needs of the business.
