Global administrative law is an emerging field that is certainly based upon the dual insight: a whole lot of of what is generally termed “global governance” might be accurately characterized because administrative action; which increasingly such action is itself getting regulated by administrative law-type principles, rules and mechanisms – in particular those relating to help participation, transparency, answer ability and review.
