Enzyme Action

Enzyme Action

General objective of this lecture is to describe different models for enzyme action and to investigate factors which control the  rate of an enzyme reaction. Enzymes can accelerate, often by several orders of magnitude, reactions that under the mild conditions of cellular concentrations, temperature, pH, and pressure would proceed imperceptibly (or not at all) in the absence of the enzyme. Finally present on Enzyme activity: How fast an enzyme is working.
