Basic objective of this article is to Define and Discuss on State Courts, here focus on USA State Courts systems. Nearly all criminal cases begin and end in the state courts. Besides criminal matters, these courts handle the bulk of legal business concerning probate of estates, marital disputes, territory dealings, and commercial deals. The typical state the courtroom system is pyramid‐shaped. Here briefly discuss and explain Lower courts, Courts of general jurisdiction and Courts of appellate jurisdiction.
