This article focus to Define and Discuss on Interpersonal Communication. Interpersonal communication is real‐time, face‐to‐face or voice‐to‐voice conversation allowing immediate feedback. Interpersonal communication plays a sizable role in any manager’s lifestyle, but especially in businesses that use teams. Managers must facilitate interpersonal transmission within teams and minimize barriers to interpersonal devices. Common barriers to interpersonal communication include the following: Expectations of familiarity, Preconceived notions, Source’s lack of credibility, Differing perceptions caused by social and cultural backgrounds and Emotions that interfere with reason.
