Ethnical intelligence or CQ is measured using a scale, similar compared to that used to measure someone’s intelligence quotient. Those with higher CQ’s are regarded as better able to successfully blend in any environment, using more appropriate business practices, than those with a lower CQ. CQ is assessed using the academically validated assessment put together by Linn Van Dyne along with Soon Ang.
