Criminal conspiracy is the offense of plotting or wanting to carry out a wrongdoing, regardless of whether the arranged wrongdoing really happens. This offense permits plotters to be captured and accused of a criminal offense, regardless of the fact that they had no contribution in the commission of the arranged wrongdoing itself.
