This article is focus on corruption of Bangladesh. To understand corruption, it is important to re-examine the contemporary context of corruption as an issue for development administration.The term ‘underdeveloped’ had been in use for several years, but it was in a famous inaugural address on January 20, 1949, that US President Truman launched a term and an era, at the same time. The problems which accompany the uncritical acceptance of this formula cannot be addressed within the confines of a predetermined framework. Original, authentic, relevant solutions cannot emerge under these constraints.
