With technology constantly rising, we are reaching a place where the machines do many thinking and the humans work on the collaborative knowledge management on this thinking. We may also define collaborative knowledge management as virtually any tool that supports the associates and that share information that can contribute to the knowledge base system. Basically what this boils as a result of is everyone needs everyone to make any kind of profit nowadays and this can be all considered collaborative knowledge management.
