Custody Child Evaluation is a lawful procedure, in which a court appointed mental health expert, typically a psychologist, evaluates a family and makes a recommendation to the court for a custody, visitation or parenting plan. A child custody evaluation can engage an investigation into good habits and issues such as alcohol or drug use, church affiliation and family support system.
