Be subject to the other provisions on this Act, a person aggrieved by any order pertaining to any matter in the jurisdiction of some sort of Tribunal may apply to the Tribunal for that redressal of his / her grievance. A Tribunal will not ordinarily admit a credit application unless it is satisfied the applicant had availed of all the remedies available to him beneath the relevant service rules concerning redressal of issues. A Tribunal will decide every application meant to it as expeditiously as you can and ordinarily every application shall be decided on some sort of perusal of papers and written representations.
