Respected Sir,
Most respectfully, it is stated that I am (name….) student of this admirable institution. I completed my degree recently in (date, season and degree name with department name). As my degree is completed, the convocation has been arranged on the end of this month (date…..). Sir, I am not native citizen of here. I have background of (City/State name). I was here to study; as it is over I have to go back.
You will be pleased to know that by the grace of Allah Almighty and the efforts of our great professors, I have already got the offer letter from a multinational company in (city or state name) and I have to join there within one week/month. But for the reason I need my Graduation Degree.
I appreciate that University has its own regulations and regulations but I am in bad need as my visa is going to expire within 7/10/15 days and I will not be able to stay here anymore and the convocation is about 20/30 days away from now. In this critical situation it is my humble request; kindly issue me the degree before convocation. Sir, it is a matter of my career. Please consider upon my request. I shall be your beholder and remain grateful ever.
