It is a broadly described annual report of Prime Finance & Investment Limited in the year of 2016. In 2016, The Company’s deposit stood at Taka. 9,016 million resulting 5.53% diminution against last year. Gross interest income of the company was Tk. 897 million which was 38% lesser than that of 2015. Other income of the company was also reduced by Tk. 347 million. During the year under review, the company has recorded a net loss of Taka. 952 million.
The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 20th February 2017 recommended “No” dividend for the year ended 2016. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
