It is a broadly described annual report of GPH Ispat Limited in the year of 2016. During the period under review (01.05.2015 to 30.06.2016) the Company earned Tk. 13.10 million as interest income from Rights Share Proceeds by depositing to the bank. The company was able to earn more profit during the period 2015-16. The profit excluding tax has been increased from Th. 292.46 million to Tk. 366.36 million.
The Board of Directors is pleased to recommend @ 12% Cash Dividend for its all Ordinary Shareholders out of accumulated profit & Reserve held on June 30, 2016. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
