It is a broadly described annual report of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited in the year of 2015. The Company has posted a lower net profit before tax amounting to Taka. 42,915,749 (forty-two million nine hundred fifteen thousand seven hundred forty-nine) in the year ended 30 June 2015 which has decreased around 20% compared to immediate preceding last year’s net profit before tax amounting to Taka. 53,696,622 (fifty-three million six hundred ninety-six thousand six hundred twenty-two).
Considering the above factors, the Board has opted recommending @ 10% stock dividend (one (1) bonus share for every ten (10) shares held) for the year 2014-2015 to all the shareholders to be distributed out of accumulated Retained Earnings and Tax Holiday Reserve (free reserve) subject to approval of the shareholders at the 20th AGM. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
