Annual Report 2014 of Askari Commercial Bank Limited

It is a broadly described annual report of Askari Commercial Bank Limited in the year of 2014. During the financial year, The Bank’s Total assets stood at Rs. 447,082,545 million (2013: Rs. 394,827,495 million). The Deposits of the Bank was Rs. 387,586,620 million (2013: Rs. 335,241,027 million). The share capital of the Bank was Rs. 12,602,602 million. During the year, the Bank posted a profit before and after tax of Rs. 5.78 billion and Rs. 4.01 billion, respectively, compared to loss before and after tax of Rs. 8.44 billion and Rs. 5.48 billion in 2013. The Earnings per share (EPS) for 2014 were recorded at Rs. 3.19 per share compared to a loss per share of Rs. 5.90 per share for the full year 2013.

The Board of Directors of the Bank has recommended a final cash dividend @10% i.e. Rs. 1/- per share for the year ended 31^st December 2014.
