It is a broadly described annual report of Bengal Windsor Thermoplastics Limited in the year of 2012. During the financial year The Company’s gross turnover of Tk. 63.88 Crore in 2010-11 increased to Tk. 79.50 Crore showing a growth of 24.44 percent. Net Profit has been increased by 12.48 Percent from Tk. 17.20 Crore in 2010-11 to Tk. 19.35 Crore in 2011-12.
The Board of Directors of the company are pleased to recommend a cash dividend of @20% on the shareholding of each shareholder for the accounting year 2011-12 except Sponsor Shareholders. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
