Operating Profit amounted to Rs. 5,744 Crore (Y-o-Y rise of 43.4%). Net Profit of Rs. 3,091 Crore (Y-o-Y rise of 50.9%). Capital & Reserves increased to Rs. 14,654 Crore (Y-o-Y increase of around 19%).
The Board of Directors of the bank has recommended a final dividend of @200% for the year 2008-09.
