Net Profit for the year Rs. 208.33 Crore. Book value per share Rs. 220.60 and Earnings per share Rs. 38.62. As at the end of the fiscal, the paid up capital stood at Rs. 53.94 Crore as against Rs. 49.49 Crore as on 31st March 2007.
The Board of Directors of the bank was pleased to recommend @120% dividend (free of tax in the hands of the shareholders) for the fiscal 2007-08, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
