The aim of this lecture is to present on Ancient Greek Astronomers. Astronomy is an area where the Greeks displayed a remarkable talent. Famous astronomers of antiquity are: Anaxagoras; Archimedes; Archytas; Aristaeus; Aristillus; Conon of Samos; Democritus; Empedocles; Heraclides Ponticus; Hicetas; Hippocrates of Chios; Macrobius; Martianus Capella etc.
