A School Teacher
Introduction: A teacher is an important person in society. In a school, one or more teachers or professors help pupils or students with learning. He brings the illiterate mass to light. He is a nation builder. He is the backbone of society so to say. A teacher plays a vital role in shaping the life of a student. The prosperity, glory, and fame of the nation fully depend on his service. He gives his students proper training to become a real man in the future. However, children with mental issues that are too much for the school to handle are not required to attend. Having a good teacher who can share an amalgamated relationship with the students is a boon. So his service in society is very significant.
His qualifications: Every profession requires some qualifications. In our primary schools, the teachers deal with children only. A good teacher should be a good mentor, a philosopher, a guide, a friend and above all a surrogate parent to the children. So they need not higher qualifications. But in high school, there is adult psychology. So the teachers need at least a graduation degree with training. But there are lots of masters degree holders in high schools. So qualification is not the same at the school level. Educational qualification is not all in this service but the capacity of teaching is the main qualification. A teacher is one neutral person who will manage to strike a balance between the positive and the negative. He is capable of combining all modes of teaching, he is compassionate, passionate, and friendly.
His position in society: A Schoolteacher dedicates his life for the good of society. They are much esteemed in society as they elevate the living standards of people. He creates a permanent impression of the mind of the students by his influential character, the art of speaking, a method of teaching and such other noble qualities. He is a great friend and an ideal reformer of society. They are like the building blocks of society who educate people and make them better human beings. So all men of social respect and love him from the core of their heart. A decent teacher encourages us to end up a great individual in the general public and great nation of the nation.
His Duty to the Society: Students are the main source to improve society. A teacher is the reformer of students. Mentorship goes along the way depending on the approach used. Therefore, if the students well, they will be able to do good for society. Hence we can say, the teacher builds the nation indirectly building his students. Most importantly, a teacher helps you the art of survival and brings out the best of you.
Conclusion: Teachers are a special blessing from God to us. The future prosperity of a nation depends much upon the quality of teachers. They are the ones who build a good nation and make the world a better place. All in all our teachers try their best to provide education, guidance, and discipline despite the challenges we might impose on them. Though at present the teachers are not economically well. Yet they are sacrificing their valuable time to improve the nation. In fine we can say, modern civilization owes much to the teachers.
