It is the last product of the evolutionary process of the mobile communication industry. It is the upgrade for 2G and 2.5G GPRS networks, for faster internet speed. It has more flexibility and suitability than the previous ones. (3G) Multimedia services add high-speed data transfer to mobile devices, allowing new video, audio and other applications including the Internet services through mobile phones. Through this device, people enjoy various advantages of the Internet such as entertainment services, information collection, connecting with any one of the worlds according to their wish, etc. Speeds up to two megabits per second arc achievable with 3G. The data transfer rate will depend upon the environment. 3G facilitates several new applications that have not previously been readily available over mobile networks due to the limitations in data transmission speeds.
