The aim of this study is to present on Work Teams. A work generates positive synergy through coordinated effort. Their individual efforts result in a level of performance that is greater than the sum of those individual’s inputs. Work teams are most useful where job content changes frequently and employees with limited skills and a specific set of duties are unable to cope. The extensive use of teams creates the potential for an organization to generate greater outputs with no increase in inputs.
