The main objective of this thesis paper is to analysis Women Rights in Muslim Family Law. Other objectives of this paper are to enhance the capacity of people and to ensure socio- economic civil and political rights, build solidarity among human rights organization and activists for lobby and advocacy in ensuring women’s economic, social, cultural and political rights, promote culture of peace from local to national level. Strengthen Nepal enough to become a self reliant institution and to address emerging women issues through women perspective.
