A very Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Ladies and Gentlemen, Warm Greetings to Everyone! Thank you all for taking out time and being present at this seminar session. Today, we are here to celebrate a most important day, ‘Mother’s Day’.
Although the word mother is small, it carries a lot of weight in terms of emotions and meaning. Mother is not only the personification of devotion but also the most powerful warrior. She is the one who battles against all odds to ensure the happiness of her kids. For anyone who has ever been born, she is the first teacher, friend, guide, philosopher, and even psychologist. Today, not only as a ……(designation) but as a child, I am feeling blessed that I have got this opportunity to thank my mother for everything that she did and is still doing for me. Mother is responsible for everything important I have in my life, and she is the most valuable of them all. She found contentment in my contentment. When she smiles, it is the most beautiful part of my day.
Ladies and gentlemen, we all know that our mothers play the most important role in our lives. Any great person’s success can be traced back to his or her mother’s inspiration. She is our very first teacher, guide, and companion. While every day of our lives is dedicated to our parents, this day has been designated as “Mother’s Day”, making it extra special for our mothers and us. Mother’s Day has been observed for thousands of years, dating back to the ancient period. On this day, we have the opportunity to share our gratitude and appreciation for our mothers. Without expecting something in return, a mother devotes her entire life to her children. Her only wish is to be loved by her children. A hug from her children means more to her than anything else in the world, and it means the same to us as children.
The word “mother” conjures up memories of love and care. A child may not be able to express himself verbally, but a mother can say what is going on within his heart simply by looking into his eyes. That is the kind of love a mother has for her children. She will still serve as a protective shield for her child and family, no matter how much pain she is in or how many people judge her. In tough times, she is the child’s greatest friend. When the child is born, she is given a new lease on life; she smiles when the child smiles, she cries when the child cries, and she sleeps when she sees her child sleeping. Her biggest source of joy is her child’s happiness. If her child is happy, she is satisfied. Her entire life revolves around her children and family.
Mother’s Day is a holiday celebrating the family’s mother, as well as motherhood, maternal ties, and mothers’ impact in society. It is observed on different days around the world, but most especially in the months of March and May. We are all aware that May 9 is dedicated to all mothers and is therefore observed as Mother’s Day. As a result, now is the perfect time for all children to show their affection and appreciation for their mothers, as well as to make them feel special in specific ways. Our mother is, without a doubt, the most important relationship that God has given us; she is someone who makes our lives meaningful and worthwhile. We have a special bond and relation with her that cannot be expressed in words.
Every day, in a way, is Mother’s Day. Every year on the second Saturday in May, Mother’s Day is observed to celebrate their motherhood, sacrifices, love, and care. Mother reflects passion, devotion, selflessness, and kindness. Her presence in the world gives relief to humanity’s suffering. Many of the world’s sorrows and fears fade away while she smiles. Fathers will derive power from their mothers as well. In certain nations, failing to celebrate Mother’s Day might be deemed offensive to one’s mother. In some areas, it’s a little-known festival attended mostly by foreigners, or it’s reported by the media as a sample of international culture.
Mother’s love for us is endless, and she is always protective of us. And when we make a mistake, she is there to hold our hand and guide us in the right direction. She shows us how to be righteous and how to stick to our values in times of moral crisis. We can’t imagine a day when she isn’t with us. For the day a child is born, the work of the mother starts. Right from teaching to walk, eat, speak, and write she is always there for you. Today, we should all take a moment of pride to honor and thank all of the wonderful mothers out there. We owe it to our mothers to thank them for their unwavering encouragement and help in forming us into the people we are today.
On Mother’s Day, ladies and gentlemen, please try to spend the whole day with your mother and keep reminding her that she is the reason you have accomplished what you have. All of the challenges have been worth appreciating. The problem is that she will never acknowledge her difficulties in raising you in the best possible manner, so we must understand her predicament on our own. Mother’s Day is the one day of the year that you can prepare something special to surprise and delight your mother. Making her feel special on Mother’s Day by performing a special act of love. Let us make this day special for the Mother, who is the love of our lives.
Often, we forget about our mothers’ difficulty and pain in raising us, and we unintentionally hurt her by our actions. Always note that our mothers can never share their burdens with us, however, we can try to ease her burden and assist her in her work in a number of ways. I am sure you would all accept that she is a disguised angel who is always praying for our betterment and showering us with her love and kindness. With this, I’d like to express my gratitude to my mother for all she has done for me. Also, many thanks to you and everyone else who is here. It was a pleasure to speak with you.
