The major objective of this article is to analysis about System Modification. In the present manual system modification can be quite difficult without bringing a great change. At first the device is not designed within a systematic and organized way that anyone can function easily on that will basis and easily modify the device for future development. If it requires switching to an alternative system, due for the complexity of the effort it is difficult to adopt initiative. Every department should have sole control involving its system.
