There are a few Suspension of Fundamental Rights during Disaster special provision inside Bangladesh constitution which is emergency under Article 141 on the Bangladesh construction. President can express for emergency due to external aggression or internal disturbance. Totally speaking, the thought of emergency, from the actual view point of constitutional law, means the suspension of and restriction around certain fundamental rights of citizens to be able to deal with a position when the security on the state is vulnerable or the national interest is within peril. From the Bangladesh constitutional point of view, emergency means the existence of a condition whereby the actual security or fiscal life of Bangladesh or any part thereof will be threatened by warfare or external lack of control or internal disturbance.
