Primary purpose of this article is to explain what is Strategic Planning. Strategic planning can be an organization’s process of understanding its strategy, or route, and making decisions about allocating its resources to pursue this tactic. It may also extend to manage mechanisms for guiding the implementation with the strategy. The term strategic planning is understood to be a process directed towards getting our goals and targets in the organized way. It possesses two major components, proper thinking and tactical setting up.
