This article focus to discuss on Social Status of Women in Bangladesh. As with most societies in today’s world, women in Bangladesh face huge discrimination in every aspects of life. In Bangladesh the women feel deprived in every sphere of their lives. Right from their birth, women are forgotten in food sharing, education, work, independent thinking, and to certainly property, choice and things of decision making. To improve social status Literacy costs, political participation, and the labor and economic role of ladies are three areas which can be a focus for enhancement.
