Retail marketing is the range of activities undertaken by a retailer to encourage awareness and sales on the company’s products. This is totally different from other types of marketing due to the components of retail trade, for example selling finished goods in small quantities on the consumer or user, usually from a fixed location. Retail Marketing is be the market for your sale of goods or services to consumers instead of producers. For case in point, a retail clothing store sells to those who will wear your clothes. It will not include the sale on the clothes to other stores who’ll resell them. The retail marketing contrasts using the wholesale market.
