Respected Madam/Sir,
It is to respectfully stated that I am father/mother/Guardian of Ms. / Mr. ABC of the renowned Institution (Name…) has applied for the duplicate copy of the character certificate that had been issued to him/her by the College/school administration was erroneous or somehow misspell in the category of name of father/mother/guardian by the secretarial staff or some mechanical error presented by the computer mechanism. I feel myself regret to apply for the reissuance of the character certificate of my child but I cannot apply for his/her admission in the new area without the important document of character certificate that is compulsory in all the educational institutes for the reputation of the essential institution.
