Major principle of this report is to analysis Human Resource Management of Premier Bank. Other objectives are to do an extensive research on human resource management practice in Bank and understand the banking environment of private commercial bank in Bangladesh. Report also focus on the socio-economic development of the country. Finally draw SWOT analysis and suggest recommendation to solve problems based on HRM practice.
