Project stakeholder are entities with an interest in certain project. These stakeholders could possibly be inside or outside a company which: sponsor a project, or don’t mind spending time or a gain upon a very good completion of a project and might have a positive or negative influence inside the project completion. Samples of project stakeholder include in customer, the person group, the challenge manager, the improvement team, the testers, etc.
