Primary purpose of this lecture is to presentation on Project Management for Managerial Approach. Managerial Approach of Project selection is the process of evaluating individual projects or groups of projects, and then choosing in order to implement some set of them in order that the objectives of the parent organization are going to be achieved. Managers often use decision-aiding models to extract the relevant issues of the problem from the details when the problem is embedded.
