Prime purpose of this lecture is to presentation on Steps in the Selling Process. The selling process consists of seven steps :- Prospecting and qualifying, Reproach, Approach, Presentation and demonstration, Handling objections, Closing and finally Follow-up. Step one in the selling process of action is prospecting. A seals person or company identifying qualified prospective customers. The second step in the selling process is reproach. A seals person learns whenever possible about a prospective customer before setting up a seals call. Here explain other five steps with theoretical examples.
