The main purpose of this thesis is to assess the present status of clients attending at the Voluntary Counseling and Testing center in Dhaka City. Other objectives are to describe the socio demographic factors of the clients attending and to describe the socio economic factors of the clients attending at the selected VCT center in Dhaka City. Finally analysis the existing practices of the clients and the level of satisfaction of the clients at the VCT center.
