Population health has been defined as medical outcomes of a group of individuals, including the distribution of such outcomes inside group. It is an approach to health that aims to improve the healthiness of an entire human population. This concept doesn’t refer to pet or plant populations. From the population health point of view, health has been defined not simply as a state free of disease.
