Organization development (OD) could be a deliberately planned, organization-wide effort to extend Associate in Nursing organization’s effectiveness and potency or to change the organization to attain its strategic goals.Organization development is Associate in Nursing current, systematic method of implementing effective structure modification. OD is understood as each a field of science targeted on understanding and managing structure modification and as a field of scientific study and inquiry.
