The main object of this report is to observe the existing system by the EXIM Bank. The other specific objectives are to evaluate the effectiveness of operational management and to identify the beneficiaries of the credit programs. Report also examine the profitability and productivity of the bank and also observe banker and customer relationship. Finally find out problems and provide suggestions and preliminary recommendation for improvement by undertaking indent study in the line of findings.
