The aim of this report is to analysis Merchandizing practice in Bangladesh. Here broadly describe to determine the importance about merchandising sector of Haddad Organization which is 100% export, oriented Buying House Company. Other objectives are to find out the business operation and find out the SWOT of Haddad Brands. Major focus on to define & evaluate the Merchandising department and observe the effectiveness of merchandising dept. Finally identify the problems of the merchandising department and know the economic conditions of Bangladesh through Haddad Organization and know the condition of the exporting organization of Bangladesh.
