What are Magnetic Fields?

A magnetic field is generated when electric charge carriers such as electrons move through space or within an electrical conductor. Magnetic field exists; how does it affect matter; What is the origin of magnetic field and How are electric and magnetic fields related. Magnetic fields are produced by electric currents, which can be macroscopic currents in wires, or microscopic currents associated with electrons in atomic orbits.
