Don’t assume all mistake made by a legal professional or attorney is considered legal malpractice. Instead, legal malpractice happens when a legal professional handles a case inappropriately on account of negligence or along with intent to harm and causes damages into a client. Legal malpractice is the term for disregard, breach of fiduciary obligation, or breach associated with contract by a legal professional that causes harm to his client.
