General purpose of this lecture is to discuss on Legal Environment of Business. Here briefly focus on reasons to study law. The law consists of rules that regulate the conduct of individuals, businesses, and other organizations within society. Legal environment for business is the legal framework which resolve dispute and regulate behavior of the business for the benefit of the community. Finally focus on classifications of law and key functions of the legal systems.
